Semantic Drift Intelligence™ Pricing
Transparent pricing for semantic infrastructure — one standardized implementation fee, two subscription tiers, and a clear path from observability to closed-loop governance.
Gartner has declared semantic layers non-negotiable infrastructure by 2030. The organizations building that foundation now — on their own terms — will not be rebuilding it later on a vendor’s. SDI pricing is structured around the maturity model. The $120,000 one-time implementation fee establishes the control plane and makes semantic drift observable — this is Phase 1 of the maturity journey, and it is the same standardized scope regardless of which subscription tier the organization chooses. The subscription tier determines the depth of ongoing governance capability: Professional for SQL and documentation observability, Enterprise for full cross-system governance including BI and AI.
One implementation fee. One governed foundation. Choose your subscription depth.
The $120,000 implementation is not scoped to the subscription tier. Every client receives the same standardized environment build — AKS-hosted client agent, Semantic Registry initialization, drift detection deployment, governance workflow configuration, and executive enablement. The subscription tier determines what capabilities are active and monitored on an ongoing basis after go-live. This is semantic infrastructure built on your terms, not your vendor’s.
ONE-TIME IMPLEMENTATION
Governed Foundation Deployment
Standardized environment build — same scope for Professional and Enterprise
$120,000
One-time implementation fee — paid once regardless of subscription tier
Note: The SDI client agent is deployed and runs inside your Azure tenant. Azure infrastructure costs — AKS cluster, Key Vault, Log Analytics, VNet — are borne by the client on an ongoing basis. On Point BI will provide the full infrastructure specification during scoping so your team can size costs against your Azure environment.
The implementation establishes the complete SDI environment — the client agent deployed inside the client’s Azure tenant, the Semantic Registry initialized with priority metric definitions, all drift detectors active, and governance workflows configured. This is the Phase 1 foundation that all subsequent maturity phases build on.
✓ Client Azure environment provisioning — VNet, AKS cluster, Key Vault, Log Analytics
✓ Entra ID Workload Identity Federation configured — secure, credential-free authentication
✓ Semantic Registry initialized with priority metric definitions and version history
✓ SQL ingestion pipelines deployed and validated
✓ BI and documentation ingestion configured
✓ Drift detectors deployed — deterministic rules, embedding comparison, and LLM reasoning active
✓ Governance workflow configuration — ownership, resolution tracking, and audit logging
✓ Metric catalog setup
✓ SSO and security integration
✓ VNet and Private Cloud configuration where required
✓ End-to-end validation across all connected sources
✓ Executive enablement workshop
This implementation scope is identical for Professional and Enterprise. Subscription tier selection determines ongoing capability depth — not implementation scope.
SUBSCRIPTION TIERS
Ongoing Governance Capability
Annual subscription — select the tier that matches your current maturity and governance scope
Both subscription tiers build on the same implementation foundation. Professional delivers SQL and documentation semantic observability with a lightweight governance footprint. Enterprise delivers full cross-system governance across SQL, BI, and AI systems — with unlimited metrics, governance workflows, audit logging, and private deployment options.
PROFESSIONAL
Semantic Drift Intelligence™

✓ AI agent drift detection — monitors AI agent behavior for semantic drift and hallucination patterns
✓ Governance workflows — ownership assignment, resolution tracking, and full audit logging
✓ SSO integration and audit logging — RBAC-secured access with complete change records
✓ Unlimited metrics in active governance
✓ Priority support with dedicated response SLAs — details provided during contract
✓ Private deployment included — dedicated VNet, private link, and air-gapped deployment
✓ Quarterly governance review
✓ Full support for Phase 2 Accelerators
Ideal for organizations requiring full cross-system semantic governance across SQL, BI, and AI — and those progressing through Phase 2 governance maturity with active drift remediation workflows.
PHASE 2 ACCELERATORS
Strengthen Semantic Integrity After Go-Live
Phase 2 Accelerators are available after Phase 1 implementation is complete and the governance foundation is operational. They are targeted investments that deepen semantic integrity at specific points in the maturity journey — Semantic Model Hardening before Phase 3 prevention agents are introduced, and BI Governance Accelerator to extend alignment into the BI layer.
Semantic Model Hardening
$7,500 one-time
Available after Phase 1 — required precondition for Phase 3
Deep validation and lock-down of critical metric definitions across SQL, BI, documentation, and AI agents. Produces a hardened semantic contract — the foundation that Phase 3 prevention agents enforce. Without this, prevention agents operate against definitions that have not been rigorously validated, which reduces their reliability and increases false positives.
BI Governance Accelerator
$15,000 one-time
Available after Phase 1 — recommended before Phase 3 for organizations with significant BI surface area
BI semantic alignment and dashboard governance to ensure Power BI logic, DAX measures, and report-level definitions match the hardened definitions in the Semantic Registry. Eliminates the gap between what SQL defines and what BI reports — the most common source of persistent KPI disputes in organizations with mature SQL governance but under-governed BI layers.
ADD-ONS
Extend Your Platform
Two add-ons extend the platform for organizations with specific AI monitoring or infrastructure requirements.
AI Drift Guardrails
$2,500/month
Advanced AI semantic monitoring and hallucination prevention. Extends the AI agent drift detection included in Enterprise with deeper behavioral monitoring, semantic contract enforcement at the inference layer, and automated alerting when AI outputs diverge from governed definitions. Designed for organizations operating LLMs or copilots in production on governed data.
Private Cloud and VNet Deployment
$2,000/month — Professional tier only
Dedicated VNet, private link, and air-gapped deployment options for organizations with strict network isolation requirements. Provides full private networking for the client agent AKS cluster and all cross-tenant communications — satisfying the infrastructure isolation requirements of heavily regulated environments, air-gapped production networks, and high-security financial services deployments. Private deployment is included at no additional charge in the Enterprise tier.
PRICING FRAMEWORK
How the Pricing Model Works
The SDI pricing model is structured to reduce commitment risk and align cost to the maturity phase the organization is in. The implementation is a fixed, documented investment. The subscription is an annual commitment with published rates. Everything is transparent before the first conversation.
Implementation
• Fixed scope — $120,000 covers the complete standardized environment build regardless of subscription tier
• Azure infrastructure consumption during implementation billed directly to the client — estimate provided during scoping
• Four-week delivery timeline from environment provisioning to executive enablement and go-live
• No ongoing commitment required from the implementation alone — subscription selection follows
Subscription
• Annual commitment required for both Professional and Enterprise tiers
• Rate adjustments require 60-day advance notice
• Phase 2 Accelerators are one-time fees — purchased when the organization reaches the appropriate maturity phase
• Add-ons billed monthly alongside the subscription
• Prevention and remediation agents (Phases 3 and 4) are priced separately — contact for pricing after Phase 2 governance workflows are operational
Prevention and remediation agents are not priced until Phase 2 is complete.
Phases 3 and 4 of the maturity model — drift prevention agents and active remediation agents — are scoped and priced as separate engagements after the Phase 2 governance foundation is proven. This sequencing is intentional: agent capabilities are meaningfully different for every organization depending on the semantic surface area, definition complexity, and governance maturity established in Phases 1 and 2.

Running on Insight Ready Platform™?
Organizations with an active IDPaaS foundation can deploy SDI Phase 1 against an already-governed environment — reducing time-to-trusted-registry and starting with a metric baseline the organization has already approved. IDPaaS is an accelerator for SDI, not a requirement. Contact us for combined pricing and accelerated implementation timelines.
